Initial Patient Appointment

• Upon arrival please present to the practice reception desk; with your referral letter and any pathology and radiology reports if you have not posted them to the practice prior to your appointment.
• Please bring your current Medicare card and Health Fund card.
• Bring a list of all current prescription medications including the dosage and any supplements you may be taking.
• Obstetric patients will be asked if they have received the Antenatal email and if they have had recent blood tests and an ultrasound since making their initial appointment.
• If we are running behind time with our schedule or there is an emergency patient to be dealt with the staff will endeavour to contact patients to advise them of the delay.

 

To cancel an Appointment

Telephone the office during business hours and allow at least 1 days’ notice so that we can offer your appointment time to patients on our waiting list.

We recognise that your time is valuable, and we make every effort to run on time. Occasionally emergencies or patients require a little more time, and these cause scheduling delays beyond our control. We apologise if we keep you waiting.
